About the role

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and good with numbers?

At eAWB.ro, we’re making parcel shipping faster, simpler, and smarter – and we need a reliable, well-organized Business Assistant to keep our finance, admin, and HR running like clockwork.

If you love clear processes, met deadlines, and numbers that add up – this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Be the main point of contact for our external accounting firm
  • Process cash-on-delivery (COD) payouts to our customers
  • Handle invoices and keep financial records up to date
  • Update our cash flow and P&L reports
  • Keep our Virtual Data Room organized and up to date
  • Prepare and complete contracts
  • Take care of day-to-day HR administration
  • Order office supplies and keep the office running smoothly

What we’re looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized way of working
  • Comfortable with numbers – basic accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Good English (written and spoken)
  • Discretion with confidential financial and employee information
  • Previous experience in an admin, office management, or accounting role is a plus – but not required
