About the role

At eAWB.ro, we’re making parcel shipping faster, simpler, and smarter – and we need a friendly, proactive Customer Care Operator to support our growing community of users.

If you’re someone who communicates clearly, listens with empathy, and loves turning a frustrated customer into a happy one – this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers
  • Provide clear, accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Log interactions and follow up when needed
  • Work closely with other teams (tech, sales, operations, marketing) to ensure every delivery runs smoothly
  • Our call center is open Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 – we expect you to log in just before and log out just after

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Most of your day-to-day work will be in Romanian, but good English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • A calm, friendly approach with empathy and patience
  • Confidence using computers (email, CRM, live chat, basic troubleshooting)
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus – but not required
